Pelican meetings should be held at every event, and the pelicans will rise to the challenge like the saints they are. It doesn't matter if it's a fighting event or an A&S event because there is always work to be accomplished and organized. To make it even more suited to the Pelicans it should be held in the middle of the night at gate, so the meeting can be held while service is being accomplished, and then the pelicans can go short on sleep while they also meet their day time obligations.
