As others have said, "It is your journal"
You can vent, you can try out ideas before implementing them, what ever you want to do.
I do agree that the "Calendar" is so full as to make it almost impossible to get everything done.
From what I have seen sitting on the sidelines you have been doing a wonderful job at the local and Kingdom levels.
