.....I stood by the side of the woman I consider the most beautiful, creative, intelligent and talented in all the world and was profoundly grateful that she said the word 'yes' on this day three years ago. My world was changed for the bestest and gets better and better with each passing day. :-)

I journied long roads on a quest of time.
The destination always out of reach.
The path my constant and unchanging rhyme,
My steed a carpet of words that beseech.

On a bright day of destiny profound,
The smiling sun arose before my eyes,
And she warmed my body without a sound.
As I stopped to behold with wondrous eyes.

She coalesced in a globe of white light.
As Venus rising from the diamond foam.
She shed the cloak dispelling the dark night,
As Soltice Queen she strode across the loam.

At once I knew she would be my quest's guide.
I swore forever to walk by her side.
