The mapping and mark-up should be fairly straight forward. Where the actual help will be needed will be in meeting the merchants, showing them their space, dealing with their issues (as invariably some will not like their space and will be very vocal about it), and helping them get settled. That always seems to be one of the more difficult aspects of the job.

Thankfully though, we will not have a huge slog of merchants, and the lay-out is really straight forward.
