.....Greetings All,

.....It has been something of a contemplative morning. The non-stop activity of the past couple of weeks seemed to finally catch up to me yesterday and I found myself going to bed at 8PM. It seemed to help as I'm feeling much more in tune with life this morning. Whenever I go over to the Beloved Tamm's house there always seems to be a period of re-adjustment to sleeping in a bed alone again. :-) Amazing how it only takes a night or two to make that happen. :-)

.....But as you have read in her Journal, a lot of stuff was done. This weekend will be about getting my mother packed up for her move. I plan on showing up on her doorstep at around 9AM, with a stack of boxes in hand, and whirling through her place as quickly as possible. It is rather a mess right now, so the first order of business will be to clean up and pull out as much garbage and stuff going to the landfill as possible. The Baronial Copier will be in the van as well. If it doesn't get picked up this week as a recycle item. I posted it on a couple of the local recycle sites, but it is not a highly desirable item. It is huge, bulky, and the chemicals are difficult to obtain. I will not be unhappy to see it go. :-)

.....Before we get to that point though I still have to make it through the week. Tonight is a run to the storage unit to pull out Thrown Weapons Gear for the Barony. Wednesday night will be about taking Mom to a doctor's appointment and getting Lobelia moved to Clear Creek RV to have some work done to a couple of water connections. Thursday and Friday will be all about getting the July issue of The Crier out the door. Saturday will be packing and taking my Mom to see her probable new abode (Huzzah!). Then on Sunday Brighid and a couple of others have offered to come and help pack and schlep at Mom's. I was highly surprised, but highly grateful. It'll be nice to have the help.

.....Tamm mentioned in a recent Journal entry how grateful she was for having so many good friends. I have to echo that myself. I don't know why I have lucked out as much as I have, but I am incredibly grateful. Last Saturday Gwen needed no urging to bring her truck over to take a load of Tamm's stuff to the Bremerton house, then she turned around and made dinner for Tamm and I. On Sunday, Master Ralg and Ellen showed up, and brought Bernie and Tsuruko with them. When we arrived at the house in Bremerton, Brighid, Cedric, Talon and Jenae all showed up and helped us schlep stuff into the basement. It took maybe a half hour to get everything off loaded.

.....I get rather emotional as well when thinking about how good of friends I have. I hope that I get the chance to pay them back some day. I look at other friends and family members who have only a few friends and do not interact with them very much and I feel pity for them. My world is so much better, bigger and brighter with all the friends I have and I am thankful for them.

.....A very humbling realization for a Tuesday morning. :-)

.....Take care all, Aaron / Arontius.
