Catching Up.

.....It is Day Two of Vacation. I love sleeping in for a while and working to my OWN schedule instead of someone else's. :-)

.....The Secret Santa gift went into the mail this morning. I mailed it Global Priority into Alberta. I would think that it will make it to its location before Christmas, but I wish that I would have mailed it a few days earlier. :-)

.....I actually cleared enough space from my workbench to get a couple of Norse design bracelets shaped and polished. It felt good to be working on the bench again. I had forgotten how much fun it was. Although I was surrounded by boxes, bins and STUFF. It felt like I was working in a closet. I think that I'm going to do a little organizing in the basement today and see if I can clear out some more space.

.....I was not sure really what to get as my Secret Santa gift. Thinking of the crowd that hangs out on Dagmaer's list I felt a little intimidated. My recipient is a LAUREL in Avacal, which made the intimidation factor that much more intense. :-) But in the end I'm glad I went with one of my Ingasbo designed bracelets. I hope that they like them (I made a pair). Then I threw an etched pendant in the mix in case the bracelets were too large. Hopefully they'll like SOMETHING they get. I also will not mind if they re-gift them as well. :-)

.....The nice thing about the Secret Santa is that if they are disappointed, you don't have to witness it and be all bummed out about it. :-) I did not know my recipient AT ALL, so I really do hope that they like it.

.....Today is going to be a somewhat slow and relaxing day. Going to organize the garage a bit. String up the next card weaving design. I think that we're going to Fred Meyers sometime today and maybe try out a little Indian restaurant downtown Bremerton. Sometime today we need to stop in at Yvon and Morte's holiday gathering to say HI.

.....Also have to take a few minutes sometime today and create a list of 'to-dos' this week. I was sitting here thinking of what I wanted to do next and quickly became overwhelmed with the list.

.....Rhys comes home tomorrow. The Beloved Tamm is missing him severly. It'll be good to have him back. The household Christmas party is tomorrow as well. It'll be a busy day.

......Richard, want to make it down to Olympia sometime this next week and hang out for the day. This is my note to myself to e-mail you for a good day and time. :-)

.....So msny things to do, so little vacation time. :-)
