.....TBT made her arrangements for the Costume Symposium in Florence yesterday. She was holding off because she was trying to figure out how to pay for both of us to attend the Sympsium. That was really rather wonderful of her. But, in reality, even though I'd find the Symposium interesting from an intellectual and curiosity stand-point, I'm not enough of a costumer to actually make it worth the $800+ it costs to attend the Symposium itself.

.....But if we can somehow swing an additional ticket to travel to Florence? I'm sooooooo there. :-) I'm not so much the Italian-phile (other than some of their poetry and a little dance), there are a LOT of interesting places to see and things to do IN Florence. So, if TBT attends her Symposium, I'll go and wander the streets, pretending to be on my way to the Holy Lands for pilgrimage. :-)

.....Once KAS and NORWESCON are over, I'm thinking that I might be a home body for a while. I see nothing on the horizon that makes me even want to leave the county. Even May Crown and July Coronation aren't incredibly enticing. Although TBT is required to be at Crown Events, so I suppose that I could be travelling whether I want to or not. :-)

.....Picked up my Largesse Bag last night. I picked up a griffon pattern. The packets that TBT put together are fantastic. She cut out the bag itself. Cut out the pattern and applied it to the bag. All we have to do is the actual embroidery. Way cool!

.....Still have a ton of circlets to get done though. So that will be a priority for a while. Wonder how many of them I can get done at Fight Practice, KAS and NORWESCON? Probably very few. :-)

.....All the Armored Fighters are headed to Blatha An Oir tonight. I put forth the suggestion that we cancel fight practice tonight and almost got a rapier shoved in my gullet. :-)

.....Hotel is on board with all their support for KAS. The only change being that they don't want to see us before 9AM on Friday. That's when their support staff shows up for work for the day. :-)

.....O.K., off and running.

.....This one is interesting as it forces you to write something, practice your journalling, and yet gives you something on which to focus. Which is kind of cool.

"Everyone has things they post about. Everyone has things they don't post about. Challenge me out of my comfort zone by telling me something I don't mention often, but you'd like to hear about, and I'll write a post."

.....I don't think that I've been particularly quiet on any subject in particular on Live Journal, but maybe someone will think of something that will surprise me. :-)
