.....I actually am finding it difficult stating what my greatest strength it. And I think that over time my strengths have changed. One of the things that I think that I like is the ability to get things done with a group of people. I like to facilitate things. Talk to people. Find out their likes and dislikes and then work with them to get something done. At work I find this to be of great benefit. I regular gather people together to work through problems. I help put all of their ideas together into a plan that gets something done. Because of this ability I'm often sought out to help people with problems that need solution. Hand in hand with this is curiosity. I'm intensely curious about everything and like to learn new things. Doesn't matter if it is of a personal interest of mine, I like learning about it. This has also helped in getting things done as I like to ask all kinds of questions, and don't mind if I appear to be asking stupid questions. I find that the stupid questions I ask are those others think to ask but don't. :-) It's something that my current work assignment has taught me well. :-)
.....In the flaws department I have a bounty of examples unfortunately. :-) I'm naive in a lot of things. Am very gullible and entirely too trusting of people, often to my detriment. But I suppose the greatest flaw is the inability to say 'NO'. I often take so much onto myself that I am utterly overwhelmed. The real problem with this is that I may soldier on and get everything done, but all of it is done 'half-assed' because I couldn't give it the attention it deserved. Something that I'm trying hard to fix, but is difficult. It's my quest I guess. :-)
