Some Strange Sonnetry.
Aug. 6th, 2013 04:20 pm.....Hmmm, throw in a few words that really don't make sense at all and this could be something made up by Lewis Carroll. I'm just not sure where the inspiration originated here. But I'll take it.
In silver splendor jeweled droplets cast,
A rain of flashing coloured lights beguile.
Against an ebon canvas rippling fast,
Their joy enhanced with laughter she does wile.
With sudden turn in focus shines the gaze,
Twin beams of blazing light do pierce the soul.
The cleansing fire will consume all the haze,
Dust only in the sacrificial bowl.
The falling rain meets rising heat aloft,
A steam of union born 'tween fire and flood.
Can wrap with an embrace both warm and soft,
Or scrape as sand to only leave the blood.
Have care on your quest when in mirror seek.
The steam that you create may not be meek.
.....Aaron / Arontius.
