its funny. not too long ago a bunch of us old tired peers ;) were trying to figure out why there was so much apathy.
the point was brought up that we might have been doing our kingdom a disservice by constantly stepping in and DOing. that a finer service might be to allow others to DO, and potentially fail.
only by learning, doing and failing are they also given the opportunity to succeed and become the future leaders.
unfortunately they seem to have forgotten how to read ;).
and meanwhile, some peers have forgotten what it is to serve. the loudest squawkers and most frenetic handwavers have been suspiciously absent from th elist of DOers for a really long time....
