I had the BEST time talking to you at the event. We really need to do that more often because I think you are full of win.
RE: my flock. Its all in who you pick. They are all pretty much self-directed and just need me for a sounding board or as an advocate and they are all my friends, so we have that social connection as well.
Technically, I have 3 proteges, 2 apprentices and a page. :)
Two do not have any ambition to be peers. They want the connection just to do stuff with them and maybe to challenge them a bit outside their comfort zones.
Two need representation and a smidge of refining, but I feel are almost fully baked. We're working on word fame for them both right now.
One is building out her resume and doing just fine. :)
One is in high school. :)
I have additional capacity and there are so many that I would fully jump all over if I could. Oddly, they all live in Western.
