As a unit the Pelicans do not have the cohesiveness that the Laurel Community has. I think that a large part of that is due to the nature of how a Pelican thinks (and there are definitely differences). But I think that part of it is due to the fact that none of the Pelicans have really made an effort to connect as a group outside of Peerage Meetings.
