Definitely need a leader designated before the event who is in charge of gathering all Baronial equipment and materials for the storage unit. This person should not be the Chairman of June Faire. This should be someone who can keep their involvement in the event to a low enough degree that they are still relatively fresh on Sunday afternoon so as to be able to give direction on break down and collection of Baronial equipment for the storage unit.
I strongly believe that this person should be the Baronial Steward.
