Seriously though, it is really a matter of the group. It is different things in dirrerent baronies, and difeerent things in the same barony depending on who is running things.
A lot of it is up to the powers that be, but at the same time, you have to have a group of individuals who are willing to make it be that way as welll.
Sargentry has been a pretty quiet subject in DL for a while as far as I know. I'd love to see it take off and be what it was (in terms of numbers) when I was still a Gallant. But that is up to TE and the remaining sargentry.
