Why do people think that it is ok to complain without at least trying to actually provide real solutions. I really think it is a shame that you are getting blasted for stepping up to the plate and asking for help. That is what your job is as seneschal, not taking all the jobs but getting people involve with doing those jobs that are deligated. Well, hope you find your officers and your new sites.
