One Ring To Rule Them All?
Nov. 17th, 2008 08:31 pm.....O.K., tell me why anyone who is even remotely knowledgeable with Professor Tolkien and 'The Lord of the Rings' would want to get married using a copy of The One Ring of Sauron as their wedding band? At the very least I'd be worried for one of the couple. Think about it, 'One Ring to Rule Them All...One Ring to Bind Them'. Kind of ominous if you ask me.
.....Sigh! Middle Earth Tourists! Bah!

The Lord of the Rings
>> Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,
>> Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
>> Nine for the Mortal Men doomed to die,
>> One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne
>> In the land of Mordor where shadows lie.
>> One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
>> One Ring to bring them all and in darkness bind them
>> In the land of Mordor where shadows lie.
Sounds more to me like someone is just lonely for a little company. Albeit dark company, but company none the less.
