Updating On Wednesday In Indiana.

.....Today was another twelve hour day in the beautiful back woods of Crane, Indiana. We went through a lot of material again and the day actually flew by, even considering some of the slogging we had to go through to resolve several issues.

.....By the time we made it back to Bloomington it was 7PM and everyone met at a restaurant in downtown Bloomington for our 'traditional' dinner out with our NAVSEA Captain's (leadership of the NAVSEA Battery Community). Where we sat around and tried to outdo each other with wild tales of doing the impossible with no funding and imagination as our greatest asset. :-)

.....Now I'm rather wasted and trying to catch up with e-mail. Kind of wish I hadn't as I'm fretting just a little bit, wishing I were back at home so I could take care of a few issues that are causing concern at home.

.....TBT seems to be having a few issues as well. Of course she can take care of herself better than I can. But I always prefer to be nearby to at least lend my support as much as possible.

.....Next Tuesday is the May Business Meeting and TBT will be conducting the meeting in my stead. My stand-in Deputy Seneschal left us a couple of weeks ago. Now I need to cultivate a new back-up plan for Seneschal. I've got a couple of ideas, but a handful of weeks before June Faire is not exactly the best time for this to be resolved.

.....As a matter of fact a handful of weeks before June Faire is pretty much a guarantee that everyone connected with Dragon's Laire will be at least slightly frantic and a little crazed. :-) It's that time of the year I guess. :-)

.....I'm hoping that we wrap up by mid-day tomorrow, but at the latest I should be able to take off to visit Donnan and Callista by sometime in the afternoon. Phone number, check. Charged phone, check. Dirty Laundry, check. :-).

.....Time for bed.
