The Reminder List.

.....Wow! So much to do for first May Crown, and then June Faire:

.....May Crown:

1.) Drop off Lobelia at Clear Creek RV on Wednesday, after having scoured her out for 'stuff' I need at May Crown itself.

2.) Reminder to add a Generator Service to the Refrigerator replacement at Clear Creek.

3.) Clean out Heather and get her ready for the trip to Tri-Cities. Tamm is going to take her to Oil Can Henry's for an oil change on Wednesday.

4.) Pull out the pavilion and all the accoutrement from the garage.

5.) Do laundry and make up shopping list.

6.) On Thursday, pack the van completely. Don't forget the sleeping bags that Isketol needs.

7.) Do shopping on the way out of town.

.....June Faire:

1.) Finish making arrangements for (19) tables and (45) chairs to be delivered to June Faire.

2.) Get scooter contract to Mr. Strub for borrowing scooter for June Faire. Make sure of delivery.

3.) Get 'Gate Contract' from Sophia and make sure it is signed, and a check prepared for Dragon's Mist.

4.) Pull out banners from storage to hand over to Branwen. Need to contact Branwen to make arrangements for her to get them.

5.) Finalize contract arrangements with Talia for Parking and Shuttle services.

6.) When Lobelia is done at Clear Creek, she comes home so she can be completely cleaned out and packed over Memorial Day weekend. That 'to do' list to follow.

7.) E-mail the list AND ALIS that we need FIVE (5) volunteers for Gold Key.

8.) Get $25 check to Moira for our pre-registration.

.....One last thing, have to remember to print out contract for Last Chance and sign it.

.....So much to do, and so little time. Sigh!
