.....O.K., I admit it, I'm a closet fan of 'The Deadliest Catch'. Every time I sit down and watch it on Discovery Channel, I get excited and tune in with sheer abandon. Even as Rhys rolls his eyes with amazement at my stupidity and leaves the living room by the nearest exit. :-)

.....I'm kind of addicted to the sense of adventure though. A little dash of danger element, and maybe a little bit of the freedom of being so far away from everything that makes life on the land so mundane.

.....Of course, I'm smart enough to realize that I'd probably not last half a day aboard one of those crab boats without having my body just beat to hell, and myself screaming for land at the rail with the amount of sheer work involved. I'm not twenty something anymore and a life filled with that much hard work would probably make me cry like a little girl. But the romantic portion of my brain can like the idealism and avoid the reality really well. :-)

.....So, khalja, what about divulging the Cliff Notes version of what happened last night on the season opener? I missed it and want to know all the details. :-)
