.....Holy Cow! Gas was $1.89 a gallon this morning at the Silverdale CostCo. If it goes down to $1.50, Lobelia comes out of storage immediately and gets a fill up!

.....Believe it or not, Kitsap County has its own 'Red Light District'. It is located in beautiful downtown GORST, WA. :-) The only town of which I know that elects its 'Mayor' by charity drive. :-) But that is a different story. :-) Gorst houses Kitsap County's one and only strip joint, called 'Toys' the last time I remember seeing it (it has gone through many incarnations and may be called something different now).

.....Several years ago Gorst added an Espresso Stand to enhance its Red Light Reputation. It is called 'Natte Latte' and featured barista's who wore skimpy shorts and skin tight tops. It created something of a buzz, which kind of died out when a handful of other espresso stands in the County took up a similar dress code and it became passe. :-)

.....Well, it seems that Gorst recently raised the ante to the Espresso Wars. For the last couple of weeks all the guys on my floor of the building have been yacking about a new Espresso Stand in Gorst where the baristas all now wear bikini bottoms and the minimalist of pasties as they serve espressos to drive through customers. No one can seem to tell me the name of this new sensation, but judging from all the wicked grins I'm seeing all over the department, the show must be pretty good.

.....I'll admit that I'm feeling just a tad bit curious now. Maybe a trip through Gorst is in order soon. Hmmm, better not use the Code truck for that drive through order... :-)
